All trailer covers are manufactured in the UK from our heavy duty 610gsm Reinforced PVC as this is an excellent way of covering your trailer to stop every kind of weather and ensure your cargo is well protected. Trailer covers are available in standard sizes or for custom sizes get in touch for made-to-measure orders to custom fit perfectly on your trailer.Whether you require a Box cover or 3 sided fitted cover etc. just email over your custom measurements and we will send back a made-to-measure quotation. All trailer covers are supplied with heavy duty brass eyelets in each corner and evenly spaced around the bottom, no more than 300mm apart. As standard each trailer cover also comes complete with a 6mm bungee cord.
For a correct fit we will need the custom width, length and drop required for your trailer and we will quote from that. If you give the exact measurements of your trailer we will ensure to leave allowance for clearance when your cover is made-to-measure.
We heat weld all corners to eliminate any stitching. Most trailer covers are stitched as this is an easier, cheaper and old fashioned way to manufacture but will not last as long as they should due to the stitches breaking and rotting. Our PVC material is incredibly durable and will easily outlast any Polyester trailer cover by more than 5 times.

As all trailer covers we manufacture are custom made, there is no premium for something made-to-measure!
