Manufacture times
Our company was set up and built on manufacturing 95% of the items we offer to order as this is what the market requires and what our customers want! Unfortunately this does cause issues on occasions that cause us to experience delays due to larger jobs over running, unforeseen circumstances that arise within the bespoke manufacturing world, and general problems that life throw at us that we don't see coming. As we offer a good range of colours and variations on our products, it's impossible and non-viable, to keep stock of all the covers we offer. Offering a bespoke service at no additional premium also means we tend to adjust the sizes on the majority of covers ordered to suit our customer's needs, making 'stock' covers unnecessary. If you have an order placed with us that is urgent and required before our quoted guidelines then you must please let us know at the time of the order as everything goes into the schedule it arrives in.
All items have a slightly different manufacture time depending on the complexity and process involved to manufacture the items. It is also dependent on how busy we are at the time of ordering. We do our best to update the lead times regularly and always try and keep to these times, but again, being a bespoke manufacturer this can cause unexpected delays at any time out of our control. If any of this is likely to cause any issues or problems with you it's quite simple....DONT PLACE AN ORDER!
No disrespect is intended but our team work incredibly hard and do all we can for our customers to ensure you get exactly what your require when its required but this sometimes doesn't always go to plan despite all our efforts for a number of reasons. We would rather any customer who cannot accept this or be understanding when this may happen either contact us first or please order elsewhere.
Below is a rough guide on manufacture times at the moment
Tarpaulins or flat sheets - 14 days
Trailer Covers - 21 days
Sandpit Covers - 21 days
Boat covers - 21 days
Furniture covers - 21 days
Gazebo Covers - 28 days
Bespoke items vary depending on complexity.
Items requiring Velcro or zips will be up to 12-14 working days due to the time consuming labour required and constant workload within this section.
PLEASE NOTE! Again, these are just guidelines, if you require something urgent please contact us, we will see what we can do to help and improve on delivery times. Quoted time are all working days.
Shipping details
All items purchased are sent via DPD, Parcelforce, DHL or Tuffnell's couriers. Generally, orders to UK Mainland are delivered within 24hrs but this is not a guaranteed service and could take an extra 24 - 36 hours depending on circumstances. Outside of UK Mainland delivery times vary from 3 - 5 days depending where the items are being delivered to.
Unfortunately we have absolutely no control over an item once it has been collected by our courier! Any delays or problems reported to us will be dealt with immediately and efficiently but we cannot guarantee any timescales on which this will be rectified as we are limited by the efficiency of the courier.
Below is the cost of the delivery based on the weight up to 15 kilo's.
UK Mainland - £9.95
Highlands & surrounding Isles- £18.00
Northern Ireland - £22.00
Rep of Ireland - £24.00
Channel Isles - £30.00
The cost for larger Items, UV20 panel's and items over 15 kilo's will depend on delivery method and delivery destination.
