We have a wealth of experience that goes back nearly 25 years, covering a variety of manufacturing and design aspects to produce the best covers and sheets available.
The equipment and materials we use are always top quality so we can give you the strongest and most durable items possible. Using predominantly a heat welding process we can make all our covers 100% guaranteed waterproof unlike 95% of other covers available on the market today that use stitching to produce their items or cheaper grade materials.
Any covers manufactured that require stitching (round, oval or curved) would need to be stitched as the welders will not do curves. These seams will be double stitched but may be subject to slight leaking as stitching obviously creates holes! We do all we can to ensure this does not affect the covers ability to keep the water out.
